The delivery and installation of a Automated Wafer Level Inspection Tool. The Automated Wafer Level Inspection Tool will serve as a high-volume back-end defect inspection tool for the thousands of wafers per year that will be fabricated in the new 6” InP Pilot Line at HTC Eindhoven. In addition to the wafers fabricated in this cleanroom - other materials of various sizes will pass through this back-end facility and require inspection. This includes SiN - SOI - GaN varying from 150mm to 300mm. Ideally - all of these - as well as glass panel type substrates - will be able to be loaded and inspected via this tool.
