Auto wet bench systems

The purpose of the Tender is to enter a Contract with one (1) Contractor for the supply and delivery of the automated wet bench modular capacity solution - needed for the desired etching processes of the pilot-line (hereinafter: equipment). Based on the floorplan of the cleaning room - the Contracting Authority sees two (2) options for configuring the required capacity. The Tenderer is free to choose for one of both options.
