As part of Schiphol Airport’s commitment to comply with EU Regulation 2021/116 - specific conditions for System Wide Information Management (SWIM) must be met. SWIM represents an innovative approach to sharing operational information among participants in air traffic management (ATM). To achieve compliance - the Acceleration of Aeronautical Digital Information Availability (Acadia) SWIM project has been initiated in collaboration with Eurocontrol. The goal is to ensure adherence to the regulation by December 31 - 2025. Schiphol - as a key provider of airport-related data - actively participates in the European Acadia initiative and remains dedicated to meeting Eurocontrol’s regulatory requirements for airport operations.
